After five great events over the weekend, my Big Conversation continues this week with meetings across the constituency. Come along and make your voice heard!

Today started with a Breakfast Meeting for Small Businesses, later I’m visiting Sheffield Carers Centre to hear from carers about their priorities, and tonight I’ve an Open Meeting in Walkley at the Walkley Library at 7.30pm (Facebook link).

Tomorrow morning, to the Sheffield Pensioners Action Group, before heading to Zefi’s Coffee Lounge in Commonside (Facebook link) for an open café drop-in at 2pm, where anyone can join me for a cuppa and a chat. Then at 7pm I’ll be in the Skye Edge Community Rooms for an Open Meeting (Facebook link).

Wednesday starts at Café Ceres with another café drop-in at 10am (Facebook link), in the afternoon I’ll be at a City of Sanctuary event and then at 6pm I’ll be in Sheffield Central Library for my Open Meeting in the City Centre (Facebook link), where we’ll be joined by British Sign Language signers.

On Thursday I’ve a coffee morning with the Somali community and then a meeting with Faith Leaders from the Christian, Muslim and Jewish communities. I’ll be holding an Open Meeting on Mental Health (Facebook link) with Sheffield MIND in the Wellbeing Centre on Sharrow Lane at 4.30pm, and an Open Meeting in Nether Edge (Facebook link) at the Bowling Club at 7.30pm.

Finally, for this week (lots more next week and beyond), I’ll be at Park Library Café (Facebook link) at 12noon on Friday for another café drop-in.

As well as the Big Conversation this week, I’ll be meeting with Council leaders to talk about the Government’s so-called ‘Fair Funding Review’ funding, going to the launch of the China-UK Business Incubator, catching two Blades matches and then heading to Labour Party Conference on Sunday.
