What did Cameron know about Ashcroft's non-dom tax status?

After David Cameron's Sunday speech, on his 'patriotic responsibility' to win the General Election, Paul has asked when Tory Vice-Chair Michael Ashcroft will accept his  'patriotic responsibility'  to pay UK taxes. "This is an important question of trust," says Paul, "David Cameron needs to come clean with the British people.  Did he know Michael Ashcroft's real tax status?  If he did, why did he mislead the British people? If he didn't know, why not?"
