My call to save Palestinian village

I highlighted the plight of a Palestinian village facing the threat of demolition in a debate in Parliament today.

I visited the Bedouin village Khan al-Ahmar in the West Bank last month and saw the local school built with the support of the international community. But I have heard worrying reports that Israel is upping preparations to demolish the village and the school in the coming weeks.

I urged the Government to recommit to redoubling efforts to stop the demolition.
