During the Christmas period between 24th December – 3rd January, my office team will only be responding to emergency phone calls. I’ve collated some useful phone numbers and information below should you require immediate support over this break.
Constituent issues and casework– If you are contacting me about a personal matter please note that, in line with Parliamentary protocol, I can only take up casework if you live in the Sheffield Central constituency. You can check who your MP is by typing your postcode in here.
Medical advice – If you’re worried about Covid-19 and are seeking medical advice, you can find it from the NHS here, or call 111.
Sheffield City Council – If you need to contact the Council about Covid-19 related issues, Emergency council housing repairs, Dangerous highway issues, Emergency environmental issues e.g. noise nuisance and pest infestations, or to register a death, call the Contact Centre between 8:45am to 4:45pm, 7 days a week, on 0114 273 4567.

Voluntary Action Sheffield – If you are self-isolating and need help, or know someone who does, you can contact Voluntary Action Sheffield on 0114 253 6600.
Citizens Advice Sheffield – This advice line (0808 278 7820) will be open on weekdays over the Christmas period (10am-1pm 24th December, 10am-4pm 29th December, 10am-4pm 30th December, 10am-1pm 31st December), not including bank holidays (25th December, 28th December, 1st January). Samaritans – If you are in need of emotional support the Samaritans helpline is open 24/7 over the Christmas period on 116 123.
