Having successfully worked with Save the Children in the past, I have again teamed up with the charity this year on an appeal for the children of Somalia which I launched with members of Sheffield’s Somali Community Association at the Israac centre. 

Somalia is facing the worst famine for over 40 years after the climate crisis has led to four failed rainy seasons and a catastrophic drought, exacerbated by the impact of the Ukraine war on grain supplies.
