At today’s special meeting of the Health and Social Care Select Committee on the long overdue NHS Workforce Plan I raised concerns over the ability to deliver on new training targets while applications for nursing and other health professional courses were falling, more action to stop the flow of staff leaving the NHS, and improving NHS dentists’ contracts to secure the services we need.
