Parliament finishes tomorrow for the Christmas recess and there will be no votes on the legislation to be considered, which Labour supports, on animal welfare and compensation for sub-postmasters as a result of the Horizon scandal.

So I’m working in Sheffield this week catching up on outstanding casework and correspondence before the break. My office will be closed from Friday and re-opens on Tuesday 2nd January, and Parliament returns on Monday 8^th January when I will post my next weekly preview.
